Heya, this week Ill start to train really hard again. I plan to train MuayThai (Thai boxing) 5x a week (monday-friday) and once in a while Escrima on the weekends.
I now wonder if I can effectively add working out to my program. The problem is I would have to push weights in the morning/noon and certain body parts (triceps, legs,..) will be strained everyday, which is not helpful for buildup.
Also what about the use of creatine? I never used them, but I know they fasten the strength-gaining process, however I probably wont gain mass, since MuayThai is fatburning at its finest, so gaining mass and losing fat wont work.
Any comments/ideas/suggestions? Mack?
