I've had this weird burning sensation in my shoulder/back a few times. I'm thinking it's a pinched nerve from weight training?...maybe?

If I lay on my right side when I sleep it wakes me up...if feels like my shoulder is on fire and it tingles...it hurts A LOT.

Any ideas?

I d.k. what the hell that is can't I just use something generic? It doesn't feel like a muscle pain it feels like somebody is lighting my shoulder on fire.

it doesnt cost much. you can buy it any walgreens, walmart, or gnc for like 10 bucks. it would be worth a try. it doesnt just releave muscle pain but all sorts of pains on the body.

how much times a week do you work out? For how long do you have this problem? You might want to give that shoulder a break.....

5 days. I think it goes like Monday- chest, triceps, abdominals Tuesday- back, shoulders, abdominals etc...I don't pay attention I just do what he says.

It's been going on for about 2 weeks. I can tell my shoulder is weak bc it pops or something...it feels gross. And sometimes if I try to support myself just on my right shoulder it shakes. I d.k. why it's just the right one I would think it's supposed to be stronger bc I am right-handed.

Rest it is a good idea. When you pick up your workout again make sure you really warm up... that's the most important thing! If you know you have shoulder problems, only start your exercices, if you feel ready..... and if it takes 15 minutes, do it.
