i downloaded a video and it says its a 'MOV File' what do i need to play it?

quicktime player or quicktime alternate

edit: check here for quicktime alternative, imo it's better cuz it lets u use windows media player to view the files instead of quicktime, which for me doesn't always work. http://www.free-codecs.com/download/QuickTime_Alternative.htm
