Technology transferring address book

has anyone tried to transfer their address book to google mail. i tried and it always shows me that there's error. i tried my contact list put in excel than save it in google's required format than put that file and try to attach it, but nothing happens. seems like i did everything correct

I managed to do it in Excel. Try importing this attached file (zipped so I could attach it), see if it's a problem with the file you're using.
