The Patriots' persecution complex

It's gotten very annoying. I understand that they have to play games with themselves and thoughts of a legion of jealous-ass haters makes Tom Brady feel like he has something to prove and motivates him, but he needs to keep that shit to himself.

So why are you only calling out Brady and not Leftwich? All it really is is mind games, a way to motivate their teams, that's all

well can you really say they do belong in the payoffs? Look at the way they played this year. The injuries didn't help, but that wasn't the only problem. If the AFC East was as hot as everyone predicted it would be at the beginning of the season, there's no way the Pats would even be close to a wild card slot

Because this post is about the Patriots and the way they have loudly pretended to be underdogs for the past five years, and not that article specifically.

Dan Pires, of the New Bedford Standard-Times, reports New England Patriots RB Corey Dillon ripped the media in the locker room Thursday, Jan. 5. Dillon went on an expletive laced rant claiming he didn't care what they wrote about the running game.

i hate that shit too, every year they've won, they've been the "underdogs" in ther eyes. They wer the underdogs kinda in ther first win, since then they've jus been a contender, or the favorites, and this year, ther not underrated, they rnt good. If they beat the Jags, they'll lose to either the colts, or the broncos, so yes this year if they win the superbowl, they will be the "underdog", but that isnt gunna happen

as much as i don't want the pats to win the superbowl again, i have learned to never say never. They have a way of winning even when there is no way, so don't count them out just yet
