i read somewhere that in BIBLE is written that the end of the world will begin in dec 22 2005 ...for 7 years ppl will be dyin, all these vulcans will blown etc etc . . . .and after that will be 1000 years of good livin adn than the end...anyway...where in Bible is said that the end of the world will begin in dec 22 2005?

do u believe in this....?

It was that specific in the date? No, I don't believe it. I can't but think theories such as that are designed to stimulate fear....damn, remember y2k? Anyway, if I was to adhere to an "end of the world" theory, I'd be more inclined to go with the ancient Mayans who predicted a date around 2012 - their complex understanding of the astronomy/planetary movement renders their predictions more credible, imo.

I personally don't believe that the end of the world will occur so soon. No one can put an exact date on when the earth will end, it could be tomorrow or it could be in a billion years from now. As a muslim I do know that it will happen in accordance with certain signs or events which will take place. All these events aren't specified clearly in the quaran making it difficult to point out an exact date.

I Also believe that some of these dates are created by extreme christians and muslims in order to make people look more deeply into their faith, and even instill fear into their hearts. This forces people into having an imminent eschatological perspective which obviously makes them more religously conscious.
