Yes im a Scotsman but just like to congratulate England for the fantastic cricket they've played this summer and the hours of enjoyment both teams have given me :)

Freddie Flintoff is the man :D

Shane Warne was fucking fantastic though.

England played very well though. Some great cricket. Props to Pieterson.

Bell was an absolute dissapointment as usual.

But we won, and we deserved to.

It was excellent , i was a bit cocerned when freddie got out but Giles and Peiterson were superb .
A brilliant series all round , Warne was brilliant but what the Fuck are they gonna do when he and Mcrath go ?? Half the team are in the mid thirties and that Tait looks Shit !!! Good to see the Aussie so humble - I predict a bright future for this Enland team .

p.s. Who thinks Mrs Flintoff is absolutely stunning ?? lucky git !!

Bell was crap. Get rid of Geraint Jones as well, other than that good all round performance. Shane Warne was amazing as usual...they're fucked when him and McGrath go.

Tait looked okay, needs to stop his front leg collapsing and he will have a faster stronger delivery.

Amazing job done considering the state that english cricket was in a few years ago, Now hopefully athletics and other sport that we completely under perform at take a lead from this and sort their shit out, especially the coaching side of things!!

I honestly cannot stand Cricket, but the Ashes was bloody entertaining. I've still no idea what half the fielding positions are called, I don't know the difference between a Yorker and a Googly, and watching an entire match will probably still send me to sleep, but I can somewhat understand the appeal of Cricket.

Plus we won, so...

Hate to be a gloating pom but this Aussie side, best in the world no doubt over the last decade is on the decline and although i know nothing of your up and coming youngsters it must be a worry that most of your side is in there mid-thirties ?? This England side will come into its peak in the next couple of years which is not me being arrogant its the truth . Without Shane and Glenn your side is heavily weakened with there impending retirement , although im sure they will play next year . I can honestly see us winning down under which for the first time in a decade is a strong possibility . Bring it on !!!!

Well done to all the team was there at old trafford and edgbaston, great series. All we need is a good spinner and we've got the best bowling attack in the world. Anyone on here actually play, know the seasons almost done??

Can't wait till australia 2006 i'll be there at the MCG!!

not really, aslong as our selectors consider playing andrew symonds in the test team again we'll be fine. warne will be a loss, but im sure a new mcgrath is around the corner.. watson is like our version of flintoff.. great allrounder but has had limited chances.

but warne is a freak, a spinner like him comes every 40 years.. first we had richie benaud that senile old goose and then warne.

it'll be a good series down here though, aus won't lose why? because they hate losing.. lol

peace.
