Terri Schiavo, what would you do?

Did she have a choice? I've been told that she told her husband about her choice but I never confirmed it, either way, it was not in writing.

So it seems many would choose death, and i am not condoning in anyway what went down, this just appeared to me and it was not the point of the thread, again i do not condone anything about this case.
With that said, why was their so much protest against this Schiavo case? Her husband did say it was her choice to die, did he not? As we can see it does not seem that far fetched. Is this a case of the media blowing a simple decision by a family out of proportion. Obviously since the parents went to court to get a feeding tube re-inserted it did claim national attention, but i guess our society would choose the "good" side, the side that favors life. But in reality, wouldn't you call that choice hypocritical?
I would seriously hate to be in the shoes of that family though, what a difficult thing to go through.

heres what it hink about this entire topic.
this was a woman whose cerebral cortex as a bucket of spinal fluid, she was incapable of thought, couldnt feel pain, she had no idea she was starving, she couldnt feel pangs of hunger or thrist being as these are nervous system responses to messages sent to the cerebral cortex, and hers is a sea of spinal fluid. she wasnt even conscious, her body was on auto pilot, sure her eyes were open but she wasnt conscious. ask any neurologist worth his salt, this lady didnt know what was going on, she wasnt even capable of swallowing which is a relatively low level though process. she didnt recognize her parents from neone else. sad to say shes better off, atleast people wont prod her and stick cameras in her face nemore.
this was a woman whose family made a circus out of her final hours, her family being selfish. her husband mr schiavo to me is a fialure as a husband because that asshole knew she had an eating disorder and did nothig to help her, he knew his wife was concerned with her weight and made remarks like "if you get fat ill leave you" so hes not squeaky clean here either.
this women doesnt even know shes dead and it sad that they put her through all this bullshit for the last few years.

WRONG!
those are unconscious responses, her parents simply edited videos to her unconscious stimuli that we all have. her parents videos simply show when she "reacts" to things, which in fact isnt wats happening. her bodies on autopilot, go ask ur nearest neurologist and see what he tells u
she does not think, its a scientific fact. her brain was destroyed minardi, her "families videos" are propaganda bullshit.if she could think, she would be able to swallow, which she couldnt do.
