Anyone know how to avoid getting stretch marks?

Since I've been lifting I've been getting stretch marks on the inside of my bicep.

Not TOO bad since you cant really see them, but if I move my arm, a certain way, you can. :wacko:

Was I lifting and gaining too fast? :(

I'm turning nothing into muscle. lol

I have lil fat but I turned it into muscle and I keep on doing it. I'm skinnier by a lot but I'm much bigger on my biceps, shoulders n chest...and lower body too, of course...

but I'm just getting stretch marks that i DON'T like.

I've heard of cocoa butter but forgot the name.

Bio-oil, nvr heard of that.

I know Mederma gets rid of scars caused by pimples.

Shadows,

you should be happy that you have stretch marks on your biceps. its a sign that you are making good progress. i have them all over mine. im not bothered by them tbh. i have them on my thighs as well lol
