Technology Spyware is detected and can't get rid it off..

#1
I got spyware detected and can't get rid it off..This add coming up saying ''my comp is in dange you need to download the following anti-spyware programs'' but when i download that and run the program, it wont let me delete the detected files,it needs the registration thing, its not free,so i cant use those programs they recommended. So then i used the ones i already have installed.I ran adaware,spybot,a-squared anti malware, windows defender, avg free and they all deleted the infected files they found but the spyware is still coming up in like every 5 mins. The comp is running slow i can tell.

What do i do?

Props for the link. But i downloaded and ran the program and it deleted a lot of infected files, however, the pop ups still coming up.

I think the pop up itself is whats wrong. But i have blocked all pop ups but they still come up.Sometimes its ''you comp is in danger, run this anti program'' pop up and sometimes its some porn pop ups.
Stuff like this.http://i10.tinypic.com/2vbsxow.jpg

I'm thinking to just delete the internet explorer and uninstall it completely because all the pop up are coming from internet explorer browser. So i'll just unintall it and hopefully they won't pop up anymote.Besides,im using firefox only.
