Spirit in the glass...

#1
Anyone here knows or have tried that "game" where you put your finger on a glass wich is placed on a paper where the alphabet, numbers and yes/no is drawed on it, with other people?

Well the reason im asking is, today i was at a birthday party with my family, at the table i was sitting at, my fathers sister, her daughter, son, and husband, plus some others sat, and somehow the discussion went on about how her (my fathers sister) daughters (My cousin) house seems to be haunted.

She told about strange things happening, like doors and windows opening at night, objects flying into the walls, and even one episode where a man who visited the house had his legs pushed away under him, so he fell. She said that she has also seen a tall skinny person walking up her stairs, while one of her girl friends where watching.
Animals seems to behave strange, dogs acting crazy out there, barking all the time like they are nervous, same happened when they had horses, they where really noisy and seemed nervous.

Small kids also seems to react out there too, she told that a kid said he saw a man holding a riffle, on another occation she overheard a child asking out in the blue air if he/she/it was a ghost.

They went further into the discussion, as they told me something i would have never thought about them.... They played Spirit in the glass, as discribed alittle above, its a "game" where people interact with a glass by holding thier fingers above it, they call some spirit down, and ask questions, this spirit can be anyone dead i believe.

Well, they told about how my cousins house seemed to have alot more spirit activity when they played this game there, then any other house where they had tried it. They told about how they had contact with a family member wich no one ever found the death cause of. The info they got was that he was hit in the back of the head with the sticks you use to row a rowing boat with (they found out later that the corpse found looked like it was hit hard in the back of the head), they got alot of other info, according to my cousin, they now know who the killer is, and showed some of the details they got, to an old officer, wich said there where enough "evidence" to start the case again.

As they talked further, my fathers sister suddenly out of the blue told me and my brother that they shortly after my fathers death tried to get in contact with him, wich succeeded (We never knew this, so i was abit shocked to be honest). They told how the glass moved rapidly around the paper as they asked questions, they asked what his name was, and the glass spelled my fathers name and lastname, then they asked at what age he died, the glass moved on to 4 and 7, wich would be 47 (correct), they then said that my father, told them to take care of me and my brother, and that the glass spelled my name, and my brothers name. Ever since then, they havent been able to get in contact with him.

My fathers sister told, they (family members) didnt have thier fingers on the glass at some occations to test if it was them giving the answers, so the people "controlling" the glass didnt know me or my dad, they probably got more details then what they told us (me and my brother), but im glad i didnt get more, because i wasnt ready for this info when they told me.

I honestly dont know what to think about all of this as an atheist, but one thing that got me thinking was a dream i had in the days after my father died. In this dream my father told me he would only be here in a week, and that i had to find a brown suitcase.
In reality, we found a brown suitcase with lots of important letters like insurance papers, wich brought me and my brother some money.

One more strange thing to add, is how cold everyones hands felt around the table as we talked about all of this, there wasnt any windows opened, because we checked it, and it was only the people at our table that was freezing, my teeths where actually clapping against each other. When we stopped talking about it after awhile our hands felt normal again....

Anyone got similar experiences? Im starting to grow more interest in this.

*edit sorry for the long post, but i had to clear my chest off.
