right, i need some advise, i wanna copy a few of my ps2 games as back-ups, but when i copy the games using Nero - Buring ROM, it copys it but when i play it on the ps2, it is really slow, it takes about 2 mins to load a screen where it should only take 10 secs.

i have burned on the slowest speed and still get the same results!

can anyone tell me a different software package i can use which will copy the games properly and the games would work fine on my ps2!

You can't copy Original PS2 games with any cd ( I meant DVD) copying copying software. It is proffesional process and is only done by large cracking groups.
You have to get a cracked version on a DVDr and you can then copy that.

There's no warez in this forum so be careful as to what your next question is.

Read my post. Ignore the bit about cd copying and read the bit where it says, YOU CANNOT COPY ORIGINAL PS2 GAMES.

Try DVDdecrypter. By the way you cant copy an original game no software will ever do that. you have to ftp the game.

No, you just burn the game to a regular DVD in your computer (DVD Decrypter is best) and use a modchip (only allowed to do legally owned games though ) that you buy and it will play any and all games from anywhere in the world.

pittsey you can make dvd copies of ps2 games that work perfectly fine,ive done it about a few dozen times and everytime it works perfectly fine,BUT it depends on the kind of modchip you got.some of them you need to do it in a special way b4 it works(ex:download a patch).

i use cdrwin for direct copies

and pittsey,i think you mean,if you wanna rip a dvd game to a cd-r you need a special crack from the cracking groups,but thats as far as ill go dont worry,cuz i know no warez in here.
