stupid? he was second in heisman voting and MVP of the national championship game. his stock will never be higher.

i say he'll be drafted ahead of leinart, but i think leinart will have a better NFL career.

dunno, as a junior, i feel he should stay another year, and that going in early is a stupid decision....if he suceeds he'll be heralded, but if he flops, its gonna be terrible...maybe stupid fuck was strong, but i feel that he coulda waited another year, and that joining the nfl draft with vick and leinhart is just an unwise decision....there's gonna be so much competition, so many expectations....i dunno...maybe more psychological things that happen to guys that jump into the nfl and skipping school...if it doesnt work out for him ,he's not gonna have a whole to fall back on....

now, there are guys that can do it, but how often does it happen?? carson really, is the only guy that comes to mind....wasnt joey harrington supposed to be good??? being on the lions, is not an excuse, that's part of his fate and i dont think he even skipped his last year....so while it can happen to anyone, i have always thought putting the pros before school was always a stupid choice...and young really...should think about what he's doing..

if he's not going to be good, he's not going to be good. i don't think staying another year in college will do too much to change that.

to get the education, buddy....he should at leat graduate, so that he doesnt become a hobo......if he graduates with a degree of some sort, he will be able to have a job if football doesnt work out for him...another year in school for footbal could also do him some good, but mainly, its just the education....

and a third QB comes and joins em outta nowhere......yup...Vince Young's in the draft....stupid fuck, but http://sports.yahoo.com/ncaaf/news;...lug=ap-texas-vinceyoung-nfl&prov=ap&type=lgns

^ there it is....

so the texans say they're definetly gonna get bush, and nothing's gonna change that, do the jets need a QB??? or do the niners? this is gonna be interesting, thats all im gonna say...

Texans probably take Bush, and 49ers and Titans take Leinart/Young

Jets take D'Brickshaw Fergueson to replace an aging Fabini

is scrambling more important than the other three?? no, so therefore leinhart is much better....for example, young can be a QB, but is it possible for him to try and be drafted as a RB or something??? can he switch positions? i think he'd be a good RB....

and the titans have mcnair...they dont need a QB....

mcnairs only got a year or two left in him in my opinion, he's wearing down over the years

norm chow would love to draft leinart

McNair is wearing down fast too.

Leinart and Young almost is unfair to compare. One is a pocket qb and the otehr is a scramble qb, obviously. So really it depends on the team they go too which decides who will be better. Say for instance if Leinart goes to a team without a good running game he is fucked, exact opposite with Young. So it really just depends.
In my opinion Young is better, Leinart is the better thrower but Young can still throw. He is the complete package QB, a strong arm, he is pretty accurate and his running is well, you saw. Young can beat you with more so I would prefer him.

I don think it is stupid for players to leave college early. The point of going to college is to learn your career, athletes just choose sports as their career, Young made the right choice. If you aren't that great then it is stupid.

i don't think the 49ers are ready to give up on Alex Smith.. i think the Saints and the Titans take the two

edit: i forgot the Saints are #2, I thought the 49ers had it for some reason.

As long as the Jets get either D'Brick or Vince Young I'm happy

there is no way that vick will be drafted anywhere close to leinart or young.

1. Texans take either reggie bush or vince young.
2. saints take either vince young or leinart
3. titans take either bush, Deangelo williams or hawk
4. jets take ferguson or leinart
5. Packers take Hawk or a Mario Williams

heres my honest opinion

1. bush (hard not to pick him if you have the chance)
2. young (leadership skills can help reload saints
3. leinart (seems logical, McNair's been beat up the past couple years. If not leinart then deangelo williams)
4. ferguson (need an OL badly)
5. Hawk (Packers need a defense, they would be headed up by AJ Hawk. If Poz had not decided to stay at PSU, he would be #5)

given his legal troubles, marcus vick probably wont get drafted until the 4th round at the earliest

even without the legal troubles he isn't a first rounder yet, thats why he wanted to play his senior year
