The Suns got Boris Diaw who could come in a fill Marion's spot in no time

And The draft isn't that high profiled this year, if this was next year Chicago would have a shot at Greg Oden.

Shawn Marion is very underrated and undervalued, easily the heavy end of this trade. The fact of the matter is, though, the Suns cannot find a way to win with him. So much talent, and no finals appearance, with or without Stoudemire. Something has to be done I suppose, but if they're going to be sellers, what happens to Nash? He's over 30. The Suns are in a tough spot, as time will run out on the MVP's career soon.
