Tomorrow night is the fight, I'm hoping Roy comes back with some mircale story and recailms his stance as the best pound for pound fighter. Should be a good fight acutally. Ajamu is relatively unknown but he is a good match for Jones at this point in his career. But like I'm saying hopefully he finds himself again and dominates a couple mro fights, would be nice to see him go out as a champ. Hopefully, GO ROY.

I also read that Roy is donating his part of the PPV money to a childrens charity so thats cool. It is half price too.

There is no chance in hell that Roy will ever be the no 1 pound for pound in the world again.

I hope he wins his fight tommorrow though.

^ I jsut watched him on Steven A Smith's show. He was sayin he wants Sugar Shane but to only use him as bait so he can then fight Oscar. Mayweather vs Oscar would be on of the biggest fights ever probably, jsut hte story behind it. Would be tight. But yeah I think he is tryin to go for Mosley.

I know Roy wont be the best pound for pound again, thats why i said miracle, hah. i jsut want to see him go out good, go fight somone big and win and then be like peace, would be tight.

Well he won it but was hardly impressive, the guy he was fighting was not really up to the challenge and Roy seemed reluctent to really put the punches togeather, he spent to much time laughing and grinning.

I find it funny that he called out Calzaghe in his post fight interview ' I think that boy Clazaghe from England wants a fight' Oh really Roy ? You think ? well he has been trying to fight you for years but alas you price yourself out of the contest everytime.

Roy Jones was a great boxer once but not anymore, there were flashes of his old self but he is deluding himself. He accepted $500,000 to fight this 'lowblower' (if the charity donation is true then that is great of him) so money should not get in the way of a Calzaghe showdown as he will make a lot more fighting Joe.

But i am afraid when the 2 meet, he will be beaten black and blue by Calzaghe.

Yeah, it's like he wasnt tryin jsut tryin to see if he still had it you know. He wasnt trying to knock anyone out but instead it seemed like he was tryin to make it last like he was training himself in the ring. I think he can still fight, if he isnt all showey and shit. I dont know he looks promising still.

Yeah, don't fight Calzaghe, Roy.

If Clinton Woods beats Glen Johnson, though, Roy would have a field day. I still have the first Roy-Woods fight on tape (the Portland, OR fight), and it was hilarious. Roy DISMANTLED him, and this wasn't that long ago. Even if Johnson wins, Roy still needs to try to avenge himself, even if he isn't successful.

Clinton Woods is a strange one nowadays tho, he is a changed fighter, fast hands and workrate and knocking people out and shit. I would not fancy Roys chances too much if the 2 met again especially since he has tasted defeat and the big absence from the ring. It would be a totally different fight to the original.
