Looks like that cunt Ferguson is making everyone go.He shouldve gone a few years ago himself.He is past it and is just a bitter old man now.
It wouldnt surprise if the doc left over Rooney's fitness.I bet Fetguson doesnt want him going to the World Cup even if he was fit in time.He used to always withdraw Roy Keane withdraw from Irish matches as well.

And if Fergusons past it does that mean Benitez is too,as Liverpool finished below United? Or what about Wenger who finished even lower and was fortunate to get his team to the Champions League final after an easy group and lucklustre performances by Real Madrid and Juventus? The reason people talk of Ferguson being past it is because of the high standards he and United have set over the years. But put things into perspective and you'll see Fergusons still doing a decent job.
On the Keane matter, Keane's said so himself, the Ireland setup was shite. If Keane wanted to go he would have gone. And I don't know of a top flight manager who hasnt tried to prevent his top players from playing in international friendlies and even qualifiers.

Why would you think fergie dont want him playing in the world cup? Ronney is his player, offcourse he wants him to shine in the world cup! but if the guy aint fit he aint fit, simple as that, dont you remember beckhams woefull display in the last world cup?
Have you ever had a broken foot before? i have in 3 places an it takes a long time to heal, it aint a case of just get of the plaster, start running and go to the world cup!! fergie has to make sure he is fit enough to play football, if he aint, he should'nt be going.
