Technology recover deleted items

i accidently erased some bootlegs from my computer about 3 days ago because i was trying to fix it.any way of recovering deleted items?

There are programs that let you restore deleted files, but most of them only offer trial versions for free. The only free restoration program I know is this one, and I don't know how good it is.

system restore has helped me get sum files back that i deleted, it doesn't always work but it has for me a couple times.

i already tried using a program like dat, but when i was recovering the file, it wasn't working and it was all corrupted

might just have to take it to the computer spot (whatever you computer is dell, gateway etc) and tell em what happened but it will cost ya

what version of windows u got? is ur hard drive FAT or NTFS?

I remember someone telling me, a friend mine that know alot about computers that theres a way to get back deleted filed once they've been deleted from the recycling bin. Does anyone know how to?
