Design your daily meal plans,and it will shows you all the macronutrient amounts,vitamins and calories in each food.Just search the food name,choose the amount,and add it to your daily meal plan.Everything is calculated for you.

Yeah i've been using it for about a year now, it's a great site, the only problem for u.k peeps is it's missing some of our foods but I try to use what would be the u.s equvilant.
