k ive been weight training for 5/6 weeks, eating right taking my protein shakes when i need to, but ive ran out and wont be gettin some more til like next week or the week after, cuz of funds, what do i do just keep doing what im doing, minus the shakes of course, do i eat more? i used to have one as soon as i woke one after training and one before bed, and yes i noticed gains , will this break from the suppliments fuck it up, cuz i will rob some old lady so i can buy my protein if it will, help please
