Technology Printer problem

I have Dell photo printer 720. ink level is pretty good. i have enough ink to be printing but it wont print. it comes out blank page with just lil writings you cant even see.

Go to your printer preference and check the status monitor button. There should be buttons like Nozzle Check, Head Cleaning, ect. Probably your head is dirty and not allowing the ink to go through. Also open up your printer and clean the inside and do verify that there is ink inside the cartridge.

I dont see such options on my printer preference.

Color ink is full. black ink is lil more then half.

Click on start then click on Printer and faxes. Right click on your printer and select printing preferences. Then click on the maintenance tab and you should see those options that I stated. I am hoping that those same options are there on your computer as well.

You can also go to control panel and select Printer & faxes as well.

Theres no such tap as maintenance. this is as far as i go look:

look in your manual for print head cleaning and other maintenance stuff.
usually you will tke out the print head (after taking cartridges out) and put the tip of it in some shallow window cleaner stuff and leave it sitting there for 30 mins. then wipe the windows cleaner off and leave it sitting for an hour or so. then reinsert it back into the printer and do the maintenance stuff again (in printing preferences or something) . then it should work. if this is not the case, contact Dell and they will help you.

if you cannot get to the printer maintenance, you have to make sure that your printer's software is installed correctly (maybe not only the drivers, but also special software you will have gotten with a CD)

in any case, i hope the problem is resolved shortly, and without too much trouble

Thats too much trouble for me. i better of just getting new printer. this printer isnt good anyway. i'll get something good.
