A transcript of the new promo for the upcoming WWE Backlash PPV (RAW brand) on April 30 in Lexington, KY may have spoiled the outcome of the WWE Championship Match between John Cena and Triple H.

The transcript is as follows:

Triple H: "At Backlash, The Game begins"

Shawn Michaels: "At Backlash, there is no tomorrow"

Big Show: "At Backlash, you can't run"

Chavo Guerrero: "At Backlash"

Ric Flair: "At Backlash"

Carlito: "At Backlash, the future starts"

Rob Van Dam: "The questions end"

I dunno about RVD turning heel. He's in pole position to win MITBII, so I think they'll keep him face (Personally I hope he cashes it in at ECW One Night Stand II, and wins).

It could just as easily be a case of RVD winning MITB II, people questioning his chances of winning the title when he challenges for it, and him trying to silence the doubters.

Why not? Did you have a problem with "WCW Guys" like Benoit, Jericho or Eddie Guerrero going after/holding the title?

Most ECW fans, myself included, would rather have RVD wrestling that the Dudley Boys. If they can get New Jack (not sure about the legal situation) then that would also be a huge boost, and someone new for this year.

That would involve RVD moving to SmackDown! I'm not saying I'd be against that, but I don't really see the point. Rey and Benoit are faces (as is Angle) and a face vs. heel, ECW vs. WWE match would be better. The fans would be behind RVD more, and the reaction to his win would be incredible.

RVD gets as big a pop as any of them. He didn't look out of his depth in the triple threat match between him, HHH and Big Show. He's more than capable of being a credible champion.

Unfortunately TNA probably won't let anyone work the show, and WWE probably wouldn't want any TNA stars on there anyway. That rules out the Dudleys, Raven, Jerry Lynn and Sabu. It's a shame, because Dreamer vs. Raven, RVD vs. Sabu and RVD vs. Jerry Lynn are all matches that ECW fans would love to see again.
