http://userpages.umbc.edu/~hamilton/btclientconfig.html

I used the second choice when i needed help and i went from 45 kb/s to 290/350 kb/s

Also when you choose torrents look for the ones with the most peers/ (seeders mainly) and also dont forget to turn your router off for 30 seconds after your are done with the changes.

^^ what torrent client are you using? and also what router?
I used UTorrent. I'll switch to Bittorrent. I have DSL, my router for my network of three computers is a Linksys BEFSR42 v. 2 and my DSL modem is an Actiontec GT701-WG.
