It's incredible how often this comes up.

The picture on that front page is completely meaningless. The quality of the picture is hardly pristine.

Also, there has been plenty of evidence implicating Al Qaeda, most notably the taped confession sent to Al Jazeera by Khalid Shaikh Mohammed.
