Technology Norton Ghost for windows!

I am using norton ghost 2003. It runs only in DOS mode ie, it cant on NT platform. But its really great.

No installation.
< 1MB in size

But i've use a 98 boot disk for it.

Can anyone help with a similar ghost with NT support?
