i heard on ESPN that no NFL first rounders have been signed yet? is this true???

Yeah, it's true. The problem is that most players don't sign until the people right in fron tof them do, so they can argue a price range, and since Smith isn't worth 1st overall money, the negotiations for him are going to take awhile. Unless someone gets tired of playing games, 2-6 won't sign until 1 does, and 7-10 won't sign til 2-6, and so on.
