Technology need to know how to convert swf to dvd

does any one know how to convert swf (flash video files) to dvd or mpeg streams without loosing quality in the audio or video and still keeping both in sync like the video doesnt go and then a couple seconds later the audio does any help is appreciated

first convert it to avi.find a tool to do it. i just googled and found this

program messes up the a/v since i already tried it and i also tried magic swf2avi. thanks for the help i might try to just get the video part with the program and then record the audio.
