Marcus Cor Von released
Written: September 19, 2007

As first reported by WWE Mobile Alerts, WWE has come to terms on the release of ECW Superstar Marcus Cor Von as of September 19. We wish him the best in all his future endeavors.
i guess they got sick of him being on leave. wonder if he will be back one day?

That's a bit harsh, but I guess they couldn't keep paying him forever. It might be that he didn't want to go back anyway.

Shame, he had a lot of potential.

now that is just stupid on the behalf of WWE. you have all the drama thats going on with the supsensions, ya dont have a solid roster RAW, SD or ECW. Monty has potential, he should have been Moved to RAW. but then you release him? bad move WWE, you could have him on Monday wrestling, but instead you have two useless human beings in Davari and Hacksaw Jim Duggan wrestling a flag on a pole match.

i hope Vince gets Food Poisoning and has to stay in the hospital for a while.

damm.. you could be starting a Cor Von/Jeff Hardy program for the IC title at No Mercy.

WWE Gets an F for this move. glad when TNA gets their 2 hours finally.

Cor Von was off TV, because (IIRC) he was taking care of the kids of a relative who'd recently died.

Like I said, it might be the case that they released him from his contract so he could sort out these family issues, and then possibly return at a later date.

Its not Vince's fault.

Cor Von is going through some difficult times and like Illu said he is probably going to be back once he sorts his family situation out.
