Anyone into athletics?

Im considering volunteering at the Olympics (There better not be any terrorism).

I registered my interested through the website 2 years ago and they will start recruiting people in 2010.

I'm still pondering whether or not to go. It will be a once in a lifetime experience to volunteer at such an event over here, but should i be wasting mytime volunteering in the wrong sector? i need to be looking at psychology related placements.

I love watching the Olympics, I get all patriotic when the games are on. It's a shame the Americans / Aussies / Chinese play 'keep ball' with the medals.

i love the olympics. i might go over for a few days. i wonder how much it would cost.
