that is freakin awesome. an the Lakers are back on a winning streak again.

Phil giving him the go ahead. Kobe has an opportunity the next 2 games... Golden State and Memphis. if he can do it for 10 to 11 games he should be thrown in the MVP mix with Dirk and Nash.

(65,50,60,50).

your thoughts??

What do you mean "10 to 11 games"? No way he can do it in the next 6 games again. The record is seven games (back in the early 60s).

Anyway, of course, great performance by Bryant.

it can happen if they can keep feeding him the ball. Phil Jackson said he wants Kobe scoring early in the game. instead of him scoring late in the game.

i think it can happen... jackson will gladly sacrifice the playing of his other players just so that kobe can get the ball and hopefully score...

The streak will most likely end right about now.Great performance yes, of course. But at least don't be a professional lier and stop saying you want to win the game the most and thats why you scoring this much.Just admit you want to break the record.Stop lying so damn much in interviews.

yep the streak ended Kobe finished with 43. as the Lakers barely win over Golden State 115-113.

i could see it happen Kobe getting 101. most likely next season

Kobe aint gonna score 100 points. But yeah he did drop 43 and they won. You're a damn fool if you think he goes out tryin to score 50 every game and not win. But the bigger story here if you're a Laker fan is Lamar had 24 points and 19 rebs I think, that is big for him, he should be doin that every game. Lets hope he can keep it up.

Honestly, stop dreaming.

Kobe doing 50+ points in 10 games and scoring more than 100 points in one game...sure.

You're exactly a damn fool that he got you believing he really wants to win more than break the record.Thats the foolishness that you are falling for.Oh plz... if you think he was trying to win the games more than breaking Chambarlin's record during this streak.

If you think he couldn't do it, then you crazy. He already cracked 80, and even then, most of the points came from the 2nd half. I believe he had only scored 24 in the first half, some shit like that. If anybody could get 101 in the NBA, it's Kobe.
