morrison is good, and his and JJ's battle for player of the year will be close. can't wait to see who it'll be. and for anyone who thinks JJ's not gonna make it in the pros, i can't see the future but i think he'll have a good career.

j.j. is a fag, and no i wouldnt be. i havent been on a player's dick since Jamison. i look at the team as a whole.

the only Duke player to succeed in the NBA has been Grant Hill, and he got injured. Johnny Dawkins was good, not great. Elton Brand is finally coming into his own (though i never had a problem with him personally. i respected him when he was at duke. though i'd also like to say he only won player of the year because Jamison didnt stay for his senior year). Duke is awesome at producing NBA bench players.


Also, if you don't already know, Coach K is taking next year off for "personal reasons." That personal reason is that Duke is gonna suck next year without Redick and Williams. He took '95 off too when they sucked. Coach K is such a bitch. He doesn't want to take responsibility for anything.

Morrison looks like hes going to be a serious baller in future. i like him.

i can see where you're coming from watching him on the court, when he gets into it and he looks mean and all, but i have never heard him (or heard of him) saying anything arrogant or cocky.

on a side note, i was watching PTI and they were interviewing coach k about duke benefiting from bad or non-calls (which i will be the first to admit, such as that one in the BC game). now, i believe coach k to be a very humble man, and he hardly ever acts arrogant, but at this time he displayed a very humorous, sarcastic arrogance. in response to duke getting all the calls, he said something to the effect of, "well i'm a horrible coach and we stink, and we're gonna keep stinking as long as we can". i think he was addressing the hatred toward duke and people not giving them the credit for being a very good team. it was quite funny:laugh: .

I cant take NCAA records that seriously, with so many better players who can break records leavin early, JJ will gt respect if he makes it in the NBA, not NCAA.

now he's duke's all-time leading scorer! his 2557 points is only 30 away from tying the ACC career leader Dickie Hemric of WFU, set way back in '55. JJ will get that in either next game or the game after. He is amazing!
