There's another Brazilian tipped to be the next Ronaldinho (there's a one too many these days) called Kerlon (Kerlon Moura Souza). He's 18 years old and plays for Cruzeiro. He was apparently the top scorer and player of the torunament in the under-17 (when he was under 17 obviosuly) South American Championship. Havent seen him play but looks to be a great prospect.

He should go to Ajax... they have the best school in europe for all around skills
I agree with you on that but PSV could be also a good choice. They already launched Ronaldo, Romario, Kezman and many many more. Farfan is the last on that list. Btw, I think that it will be less pressure on him if he choose PSV.

Yes. But will he get a permission to play in the England since he's a player outside EU and doesn't play for the national team?

Yea they've mentiones that. Usually its pretty easy in that a player would already have family in the EU from which he could gain a permit through. What they'd have to do, I think, is buy him and then loan him out until he can get a permit. But saying that, he might make an appearence in the full Brazil squad in the not too distant future which would make things easier.
