I would assume he's wondering why God put water on a planet when ours is the only one with life. I think I asked someone before why God bothered to create other planets and galaxies and whatnot, I can't remember what their answer was, if there was one.

there's water inside every planet, but who exactly said God put water on only Earth???

theres also water on the surface of Europa and liquid on Titan (which is odd considering the temperature is -260)
