I weigh like 210 but I dont really look like I weigh that much. In fact, people tell me that I look like Ive lost weight (cause I look thinner than I did in 2000).
But my legs seem be a kind thick, so that might be where most of the weight on my body is going cause my arms dont seem to be gettin no bigger.
Could this be the result of excessive sitting cause that pretty much all I do most of the day?
Im a guy, so if my lower body is looker bigger than upper body, then thats not a good thing. How can I keep from getting the physique of a woman?
