I think my legs are getting fatter

I weigh like 210 but I dont really look like I weigh that much. In fact, people tell me that I look like Ive lost weight (cause I look thinner than I did in 2000).

But my legs seem be a kind thick, so that might be where most of the weight on my body is going cause my arms dont seem to be gettin no bigger.

Could this be the result of excessive sitting cause that pretty much all I do most of the day?

Im a guy, so if my lower body is looker bigger than upper body, then thats not a good thing. How can I keep from getting the physique of a woman?

Maybe its edema/water retention in the legs.Do your legs look swollen or feel kind of hard? This can be caused by sitting too much.What happens is, the blood isnt pumped back up to the heart,so it leaks liquid where it sits in the legs.

If this is the case,then when you go to sleep or lie down,raise your legs above the level of the heart,this will pump the liquid back up.

If your legs feel normal then let me know

Nah, they aint swollen or hard. They feel normal.

man u should wry bout ur dank be too small more than ur legs bein to big

i got thick ass thighs, its good for football, u can run faster and harder.

Ok.The body chooses where it wants to store muscle and where it wants to store fat.Same with losing weight,the body chooses which part of the body it wants to start removing from first.There is nothing you can do to change this.

Now,it looks like your body likes to store on the lower body.Is it mostly fat thats on the lower body? Or is it muscle?I'm assuming it's fat since you said all you so is sit down most of the day.

If you want to get your body all proportioned back up,I suggest you go on a diet and cut up pretty good.Then observe your body.If the fat was being stored unpropotionally,then you should be normally proportioned.If your lower body is still bigger than upper body,then you have to bulk up upper body only to get it the same size as your lower body.

You need to devote time,patience and hard work if you want to fix your body up. I wish you luck
