Do you change your scheme every now and then? Have you changed the amount of sets and reps? Have you taken a couple of weeks of in that period? Sounds like overtraining you know, if you were able to get bigger until now, I don't think you suddenly need a creatine/protein mix. More likley you should take 2 weeks completely off and then go back to the gym, mix up your plan, etc etc

all of what menace said and most importantly increasing your calorie intake, if your trying to increase your size and your not getting bigger then it can be useally traced to your diet,

Depends what your goal is. If you want constructive feedback you have to give more information like what your daily diet consists of (carb/caloric/protein intake) and training routine etc.

I doubt you reached your natural limit at 19...and creatine won't help you if you don't eat enough.

if ur working out and not getting any bigger it means ur not meant to. ur big enough. now work on getting more ripped and perfecting ur body shape. also dont seek too many supplements coz u eventually end up getting hooked on roids. and i wouldnt worry about creatine i think protein powder is enough. but too much protein can damage ur liver so be careful.

depeds what steroids they are. i have a friend his names joe he is on roids. and he had the same problem as DJ HARRIS he was working out heaps he is a hardcore gym-junkie bodyuilder dude and when he hit his peak he wasnt getting any bigger and he was working for months but just wouldnt get any bigger so he resorted to steroids and they made him MASSIVE. he was already a freak and then the roids made him even more huge. now he looks like arnold schwarzenegger or ronnie coleman. so yes roids do help u to get big. they help a lot.

What the problem is, is what my problem is, your body develops a set weight, and for people with high metabolisms (mine is ridiculous) you basically have to shock your body into resetting it's set weight, as funny as that sounds. I found what helped me most was the 6 meal a day plan, 3 medium-sized meals interspersed with 3 "meal-replacement" shakes. High-protein meals, we're talking 3-4 egg omelettes, chicken breasts, steak & baked potatoes, broiled fish, and in-between, a protein shake (particularly Myoplex, I don't know if they have it in England, it's expensive as a muthafucka here) 3 times a day, if they don't have Myoplex, go with generic Whey Protein in a blender with bananas and whole milk. Basically it's keeping your body fueled every 3 hours or so until you go to sleep. It's not about eating like a pig.

Also, cut down on your workouts, if you follow the meal plan and workout 4-5 times a week, you burn it off, however, if you follow the plan and quit working out, all the protein goes to your midsection, and you get a gut like a muthafucka. Cut back to 2, possibly 3 intense 10-15 min. workouts a week, few reps, and max out on the weight you lift. 2 months of this, you see results, I'm not bullshitting.

I bulked up to 168 (On a 6'0" frame, that's not bad) of muscle, my chest filled out, and I could bench quite a bit. Then I got really sick, slacked, and four months later, I'm back to my old set weight, 140-145; have to climb the hill again. Damn. It does work though.
