I purchased mine today, however they never e-mailed me the user manual as they said. Perhaps they just haven't gotten around to it yet, but I can't wait any longer so if anyone still has theirs, could you please e-mail it to me erhuffman45@gmail.com

Also, can you upload your music any other way besides using iTunes?

^You can download it on their website. Yes, I believe you can upload with Xplay. However, iTunes is cool, no need for anything else, imo.

Okay well correct me if I am wrong, but the only apparent way to do it on iTunes is to copy it over to the ipod from your HD and then the song is deleted from the computer?

It deletes my music and I'm not making this up. Whenever I transfer music from my drive to my ipod, the file is out of the library. I check the folder and it's not there. Then there are times when I simply just want to delete a song from my library that I don't want to put on my ipod and it says send to trash can or itunes music folder. WTF?

Okay I was wrong, it sends those songs to a completely different folder than where it originated. Why cant it just send it back to where it was?!?!

PS: puff, I bought the 30GB Black. Beautiful

just about everything can upload it....realplayer can....windows media can....everybody's catching on....so yeah, you're not stuck with itunes...also, look for something called copypod...lets it go vice versa...pod to comp, in case you get songs from a friends house or something.....really useful....

Xplay is good but ephpod is better. Also that it is free is more enticing. What I like about Ephpod is that how easy it is for me to fix the tracklisting and a whole user group of them (album). Been using ephpod for about 2 1/2 years.

I try to put on a video but somehow it doesn't work. What extension has my file to be so I can watch it on my ipod and how can I transofrm my .wma or .rm files? I want a damn video on my ipod, right now.
