I pulled a muscle in my calf. I felt it when I did it 2 days ago, yesterday it didn't hurt...2day my right calf is slightly bigger than my left and I can barely walk on it. Somebody fix it :(

lol okay. what you need to do is get it massaged and someone to rub it better. you might wanna use something like deep heat, which is a gel. massage it around the calf muscle.

have some rest and dont overwork it. you can still try walking though you dont wanna stay sedentary.

you dont wanna aggravate it. i doubt you will anyway. just continue regular walking as you would do. dont do any sort of vigorous exercise or movements just yet if you play sport.

i feel like running a few miles for charity. i did 15 miles treadmill and bike combined today.

my resting heart rates way too high though. thats bad.

I did exercise bc I'm training for a century race but I don't think it aggravated it...I only did weights tho bc it still hurts when I flex it. I guess we'll know if it hurts again 2morrow :)
