I dont have much to work with

What's the best way for someone to work out when all they have is one big weight, two little weights, and no weight bench?

situps, pushups, chinups, etc and do wut u can with wut u hav

or buy sum more wieghts or a membership to a gym

jogging is good too, cept thats not as much to build muscle

you can bench on the floor,no joke,i've seen people do it.Lay down on your back and let someone(kamikazi) help you grab the weight.

you also dont need a straight bar for bench presses,you can use a dumb bell in each arm.
