Gatorade.

Anyone drink this after their training or workout?
It actually works quite well. I drink it all the time now when I've finished footy training or any sought of training for that matter.

I also hear it's the most effective treatment for a hangover as well. :thumb: So for all you 'pissheads' buy some gatorade for the next day :D

lol, as the lucozade advert says, "before, duting and after"
well if i get 5 bottles i can get to yours at 7, we can into it for 10 past (giving us 10 minutes to drink the lucozade, bottle each) then a beautifull hour into it we can break for 5 (share a bottle passionately) then another hour later when we reach our most intense climax we ever had, then we can have the other one each to restore the energy!

They taste great to me. It sure does give you that boost. Since I've quit drinking alcohol I've needed something else to quench the thirst. One time a lady at the shop was amazed when I bought one doze of gatorade. If you think about it, $100 dollars or more on alcohol on one night or $20 on gatorade. Recycle bin gets full quickly!

Gatorade is uncarbonated soda. You shouldn't drink it for energy while playing in a sport or while working out. Water is still the best solution because your muscles soak it up better. Gatorade isn't all bad though: if you're drinking it with a sandwich for lunch or something, it's good.

I prefer Powerade tastes alot better. I dont usually drink it during sport though, I go for Good Ol' H20. I heard though that Power/Gatorade restores salts you loose through sweating, not sure if its true but you do feel a bit refreshed afterward.
