is there any program that will allow me to capture a frame from a DVD, format .avi and turn it into a picture?
if know can you please give me a list of a bunch of programs so i can see which one captures it with the best quality

print screen works for me.just tried a few dvds,avis and mpegs,they all seem to work.maybe it depends on ur vid card
