Football rivalries

In the light of Hizzle's huggy bear thread, I decided to make this one.

So there are too many options to include a poll, but include your personal number 1 anyway. To make it a fun let's turn it into a game. First poster (me) names a rivalry and then a country. Second poster names a rivalry from that country and then a different country for the next poster. Specific rivalries can't be repeated, but countries obviously can.

I'll start with what some consider to be the most important match in the world:

Boca - River

Next country: Former Yugoslavia (this is an open door :) )

Let's see how far we can take this and how many we can think of, heh.

Club Nacional and Independente Medelin?

Is that a big rivalry in Columbia? I recall one of my Columbian mates talking about that way back in High School.

Anyways, if I'm right...

Next country: Japan :)

if I'm wrong, let the beat go onnnn. :p

I'll go for Hibs and Hearts. Both Edinburgh.

Who knows another good Dutch rivalry (besides the obvious one)?

EDIT:

Thuggy was first...

Brazil? Hm, Flamengo and Fluminense? I know they both play at the Maracana and they're both from Rio....

Then again, half Brazil hates the other half.

I know Palmeiras fans tend to dislike Botafogo and vice versa...

EDIT 2: I remember Vasco da Gama also being from Rio! Three-way rivalry?
