firm ur arse

Following on from flatten ur tummy, how about firming the arse. Dont need to know about eating right and running etc, I understand that part. But specific exercises, lol. Any ideas.

Im not trying to be cheeky, but apparently sex firms it up, at least for guys. I assume for girls too.

Lol Amara:D There was this exercise that firmed ur theighs n butt in a cosmo girl magazine n ive been doin it for a long time now and my lower body is like my favorte part of my body rite now..ill scan it or sometihn n put it on here lol:)!!

Or wait!! i just checked in the magazine n they got the exercises from the llittle butt n thighs workout book n u can get that in any bookstore!!

I do understand but at the same time there is a difference between a fat arse and having an arse with some meat that is nice and toned. There's good big and bad big. It's like this:

the woman in the first pic suffers from obesity.That's too much meat for me,but anyways

You can't get rid of a big "arse" with certain excercises.Maybe tighten it,but it won't get smaller.The fat will still be covering the nice lean ass.Proper diet and excercise will get rid of fat which in turn will minimize it's size.

See,the body chooses where it wants to store fat.For men,the body likes to store it in the abdomen area.In women,the body likes to store it in the hips and buttocks area until the fat cells become filled up and swollen,then it moves on to store in the arms and abdomen.That's why sometimes women have thin waists and large behinds.

Now when you diet,the last place the body takes off the fat is the ass,so it might take a little hard work.

anyway....these are good exercises...
squats and lunges...

also theres another one I cant find a pic of...but you lay on your back with your legs bent....then lift your butt as high as you can and hold it....I'll look for a pic

here are excercises for firming your arse

1. Lay down on the floor, fully stretched out.

2. Tense your buttocks and hold for 5 seconds.

3. Repeat this four times.

4. On the fifth time, tense them as hard as you can and hold for as long as you can.

Do this daily and you will start to see results in a month.:thumb:

This really works? lol. Looks more like a prep that a pornstar would do before shooting an anal scene.

Watch infomercials :D:thumb: Fitness people and (or) celebrities talking and talking and...talking (blah blah blah) about thousands of different machines which look a bit different, have a different name but do the same thing.
