FA Cup Thread

Why no FA Cup thread? The third round was crazy.

Liverpool pulled another cup comeback against Luton, from 3-1 down to win 3-5. Alonso's goals were class, even if the last one was into an empty net.

Burton held United, after Fergie fucked up the team selection against. The replay will be a big money spinner anyway, and United will win at home.

Leicester upset Spurs, coming from 2-0 down to win 2-3. Last goal was dodgy, but who cares.

Fulham were beaten, Middlesbrough drew with non-league Nuneaton...tons of excitement.

Bottom of the conference, more than 100 places below United.

a) we play a weakened team, with no leadership in midfield (if Fergie still thinks our midfield is strong enough, he's crazy)
b) their pitch was diabolical
c) their keeper Saul Deeney did what all goalkeepers seem to do against United; played the best game of his life

The amount of police on duty is crazy, im sure i have some pics lying around of a West Ham - Milwall game from last year, ill try and find them.

Duke, yeah they've got probably the worst hooligan support in Britain (well maybe Stoke and Leeds)

man utd will lose!... afterall, they are just men and all men have limits and are governed by the laws of einstein and depend on a bit of luck to win the match.

Doesn't Pittsey support Millwall? Are they such hooligans?

Gotta love the mighty Millwall. And I hate the hooligan element they have. However, you can't get tickets now without providing details for a criminal record check, and known hooligan check. You also have to provide your picture.

Good - Reduces Hooligan element

Bad - Reduces Crowds.

Anyway.. Millwall lost their first match under David tuttle. :(

But we're still 2nd from bottom and 3 points from safety.
