I really don't know why I'm even bothering replying to this...but I'm bored so that's good enough.

So what your saying is that just because it's a better club they train harder, so the reason that chelsea won the premiership is because they train harder not because they're a better team right. There is definatley people that aint even professional footballers who go to gyms all across the country that are even fitter than wayne rooney.
That has nothing to do with what we're talking about. In Chelsea winning the Premiership you're comparing Chelsea (Premiership team) with other Premiership teams. So it's a completely different scenario and scale from Everton/ManU/England and Stevenage and the semi-pro team you played for. It's not really that hard.
My point still stands.
And what about all the athletes that compete at the olympics from poor countries like Jamaica that beat athletes from the U.S by your reasoning that shouldn't be possible because they dont train as hard
News flash, the entire populace of generally thought of poor countries aren't poor. Places like Jamaica have state of the art equipment too. AND most of the top atheletes, take Osafa Powell (100m sprinter) as an example, train in the US anyway.
Your point here holds water like a sieve.
Oh and one more thing Roger Banister who was the first man to break the three minute mile trained at a farm with no fancy equipment and no big training squad,
You mean four minutes? And you mean back in the 50's when there wasn't really any sophisticated equipment and the only training you could really do was actually run outside? Right..erm..yeah.
Hicham El Guerrouj, has the modern day record I think, with 3 minutes 43.13 seconds. That's almost 20 seconds...that's a huge time difference. Do you think HEG's accomplishment was because he has vastly superior genes and is from a superior race of human beings? No. it would be because his training and nutrition regime and the coaching he recieves would be a lot better.
And yes stevenage isn't a mighty team I never said they were, also stop naming players that you know that doesn't mean anything, I grew up with Jason Shackell (norwich first team player) who is still a very good friend of mine, and ashley young (watford first team player) lives 3 doors down from me so know exactly what their training consists of and it was very similar to mine, also I played in the same team as david Bently (blackburn first team) in the Dana cup in denmark (worlds third biggest youth tournement) for East Anglia representation squad,
Oh and another thing I forgot, the Malcom Allen (ex wales international, watford millwall, newcastle) was a coach at stevenage and Kevn Hales ex Chelsea was also, who both hold uefa A coaching licences which is what you need to coach in the premiership, so we were trained with the same basic technuiqes and knowledge that the premiership players are,
Hmmm, as I remember it, and as seen by your post which was before mine...YOU were the one trying to validate your point by saying you played for this club and that club. My naming players was to counter act your comment based on your approach. You implied that by you having played for Stevenage it gave you some higher echelon of knowledge. If you didn't mean it that way, why did you even mention who you played for?
How about shot down?
As it stands...
I didn't find the joke funny, becuase
I thought it was stupid. Others did find it funny, so give yourself a pat on the back for that. Well done.
You may have once been as fit as Rooney is now, but that is unlikely.
You are proud that you played for Stevenage and are comparing that with the training regimes of Everton, Man U, England and as you mentioned Chelsea...the less said about that the better.
Good morrow.
