i think it's ebay that recently acquired skype. it's gonna blow up huge in 2006. best to get a membership now before strings start getting attached.

i have used it a few times. do they support conference calls? that might be a sick addition to tb lol.

Skype is just one of many Voice-Over-IP programs that's come out recently. There's a comparison of a few of them here.

It was created by the people who brought you KaZaA and, as monkey said, is now owned by eBay.
