Technology Can't upload Picture

I'm a bit of a computer dunse. & I am having trouble uploading an image from the floppy disk. It keeps saying Invalid file, or upload failed.

from a floppy disk? Well maybe the file is just damaged, how old is the disk?

lol i didnt realise anyone still used floppy disks.

try uploading something thats actually on the hard drive. if it works then you'll know its the disk that fucked.

The disk is fine, I think the problem is the file type. It is a: '*.BMP.' Not a '*.JPG' or whatever.
