Just wanted to give you guys/gals some links to websites in which specify how many calories and calories of total fat are some of the restaurants that we frequent. I am a busy guy and I don't have the time to cook so when I go to get some fast food I go to these websites and see how many calories they are. Usually I write it down and when I go to the gym I try to burn it off. My calorie intake is 2,029 so I got to be careful. The Pollo Bowl from El Pollo Loce looks good right now and it does fill me up.
