Its just about affecting the psyche of people. Would you submit to an authority which tells you to not have sex outside of marriage whilst that person has his dick up some ho?

Leaders have to follow by example. And if they haven't been an example in the past then they shouldn't be leaders. hence the whole defamation campaign that goes down during the run up to elections.

I understand where you're coming from but in this instance your reasoning is entirely fallacious. The penalties for getting caught smoking or possessing cannabis are far in a way heavier than having sex outside wedlock. It all depends of the seriousness of the case in question. If you honestly think anyone would take up such a dangerous habit as smoking weed simply because George Bush used to partake in it, I can only say one thing: rubbish.

Who really gives a shit if Bush smoked weed whne he was younger? It doesn't impair his ability to lead the country now. There are many, many other things that impair that ability.
