I really want to bulid up strength and muscle in my legs.My legs i think are very weak.My upper body is pretty strong.I play soccer and hurling(irish game).and if i had stronger legs,it would be a huge help.Anyone got any tips?
No i dont go to the gym.I want both i guess.I need to get my legs more muscular and stronger.I will be able to build up speed by doing short sprints in training.
