Error parsing C:\WINDOWS\microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\config\machine.config Parser returned error 0x80070017 i get this message every time i start my computer and when i click the message it locks my computer up i updated my computer the other day now this is fucking my pc plz help thanks.

i didnt check that link, but if it doesn't help i suggest you get a registry cleaner. most errors are due to bad registry entries, or outdated ones etc.
