You serious?

QB - Peyton Manning
RB - LaDanian Tomlinson
TE - Tony Gonzalez
WR - Randy Moss
OL - Jon Ogden
DL - Julius Peppers
LB - Lavar Arrington
CB - Champ Bailey
S - Ed Reed
K - Mike Vanderjagt

You can Ray Lewis at LB, but I think he's lost a step, though the new defense is supposed to free him up.

Darren Sharper is the best safety in the NFL? I don't think he was in the top 5 lol.

QB - Michael Vick (Most people would disagree, but I just love his style and speed)
RB - LaDanian Tomlinson (I guess this one's unanimous so far)
TE - Tony Gonzalez/Alge Crumpler
WR - Randy Moss
OL - Jon Ogden
DL - Julius Peppers/Warren Sapp (he had a bad year last season, but he'll come back)
LB - Napoleon Harris (You aren't the only one saint, I like this guy too)
CB - Ty Law (He's too good not to make this list, I had others in mind, but his name springs to mind first)
S - Brian Dawkins
K - Adam Vinatieri

is this a joke thread? Todd Heap is probably the 4th best tight end. You've never heard of Ed Reed either?

Sharper is a joke, and this is coming from somebody who watched him and the Pack for years. He's the main reason the Packers' secondary was terrible for years, he can't tackle, he's not the leader LeRoy Butler originally said he was, but hey, his Monday Night Football intros are great ("Deerrrinn Shar-pearrrr, ze colleeege of Villiam & Meeeeriee", french accents are funny).

Minny's in for a rude awakening if they think he's gonna be anywhere as good as he was always hyped up to be.

QB: Peyton Manning
HB: Priest Holmes ( Holmes baby fo sho is the best rb, forget the injuries and all he's da best)
TE: Tony Gonzalez
WR: Randy Moss ( da new no 18 with the Raiders will show us what's a good wr this year)
OL: Jonathan Ogden
DL: Julius Peppers
LB: Ray Lewis the only one
CB: Champ Bailey and watch Winborne w/ the ravens

QB: Peyton Manning (not my favorite though)
HB: LaDainian Tomlinson/Shaun Alexander (both of them are gonna go for over 1,600 this year)
TE: Tony Gonzalez
WR: Terrell Owens (despite his problems and shit, I'd take him over almost anybody; Randy Moss is a VERY close second. T.O. wins because of his strength which allows him to do more than 18)
OL: Orlando Pace
DL: Julius Peppers
LB: Ray Lewis (I'll say it everyday)
CB: Champ Bailey
S: Ed Reed
K: Adam Vinatieri

What makes a good quarterback? Stats? I'll take Tom Brady and 3 wins. He also doesnt have Marvin Harrison, Edgerrin James and Marcus Pollard on his side.
who was the better shortstop, Derek Jeter or Alex Rodriguez (pre-NY)?

As much as I hate the Yankees, Jeter's the one wearing all the jewelry. Sounded like A-Rod was a clubhouse cancer. "You play to win the game," I'm sure you're familiar with that quote. You don't play to stand out beyond everyone else.

^Though football is different, the QB's stats reflect on his receivers catching the ball. But still, he hasn't done enough to get his team a ring. 3 points in the AFC championship? Please, that's not very clutch. How can you make him better than a guy who whenever called on to make the big play, does?

And Brady doesn't have receivers capable of catching the football?

Remember last year when the Colts were 4th and long near the end of a big game? Tony Dungy sent out the punt team and Manning waved them back. Then he went and threw the first down pass. I was watching that game. It blew me away. That was clutch.

You know hwat Brady having three rings tells me? It tells me he has a better team than Peyton. It tells me he has a better coach and a better defense. Until Peyton starts playing safety, you can't hold him accountable for the entire team's performance. A QB doesn't win three Super Bowls - a team wins three Super Bowls.
